Product Replacement:
In accordance with the health law and online shopping laws underwear can't be returned and exchange. Only for chest binder make an exception provide you with a replacement service. We do not offer any refund, exchange only.

Please Note

We will be happy to exchange your item if it is in original condition (unused) and shipped back within 15 days of receipt. All binders are subject to exchange unless otherwise stated on the product page. We sell intimate apparel and will not accept returns if they show any signs of wear, including signs of deodorization, makeup, or other stains and odors. We recommend wearing a thin T-shirt underneath when trying on to ensure no binder marks are left during the fitting process

When the package arrives, We will check that it is 100% intact and send you a new size in 1-2 business days 

Return/Size Exchange Shipping Costs

1. The size exchange service includes a second free shipment of Wonababi.
2. Delivery charges and tax for returns are borne by the customer only and must be traceable. One order from only replace one time.
